It features a 10.3-inch cold hammer-forged barrel of chrome moly vanadium steel with a 1:7 twist, chrome-lined, and Mil-Spec phosphate-coated for durability and accuracy, rigorously tested (HP/MPI). It uses a carbine-length direct impingement gas system with a pinned low-profile gas block of 4140 steel for reliable cycling. The RIS II picatinny quad rail, in Flat Dark Earth or black, is USSOCOM-tested for mounting accessories like lights and optics. Mil-Spec receivers of 7075-T6 aluminum with Type III anodizing include a flared magazine well and QD swivel point. It has a GRIP-N-RIP charging handle for suppressed fire and a Mil-Spec bolt carrier group. This airsoft rifle is an officially licensed replica by Daniel Defense and EMG, manufactured by Double Eagle, designed to perfectly recreate the U.S. military's Daniel Defense MK18 RIS II rifle. It features the iconic Daniel Defense SOPMOD RIS II handguard in a 245mm dark earth finish, equipped with a full-length Picatinny rail system for mounting various accessories like foregrips, flashlights, or laser modules, though these items are not included. The handguard also supports the attachment of an M320 grenade launcher, which is sold separately.
