By using this eHobbyAsia.com or submitting an order for products or services, you indicate your acceptance of, and agreement to be bounded by, the terms and condition of eHobbyAsia.com.

The contents of site may be changed by eHobby Asia in the future without prior notice. It is up to you, as a user, to occasionally return to our site to check for latest updates of the terms and condition. Any amendments of terms and conditions will be taken in effect immediately. Your usage of eHobbyAsia.com following any changes will constitute agreement to such amendments. It is possible for the contents of the site to have typographical errors, photographic errors, inaccuracies in data or omissions for the item descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Order Limitation & Rights of Refusal

Due to the quick turnovers of certain items, eHobbyasia.com reserves the right at anytime to amend the prices and availability without prior notice. In some rare cases, you may order a product that is no longer available, and we will contact you directly and provide you with different options available at that time.  You may choose another product instead, or cancel your order get a refund.  eHobbyasia.com reserves the final decision to refuse any order, in which case we will cancel your order and refund your payment in full.

Changes To This Terms & Conditions

eHobbyasia.com reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this User Agreement, or any policy of the Site, at any time without prior notice. Any changes or modifications to this User Agreement or policy will take immediate effect upon posting of the revisions. Please review this User Agreement and any other applicable policies periodically in order to understand the terms and conditions that apply.

Failure To Pay Import & Sales Taxes

We ship airsoft products all over the world, and some countries will charge the buyer sales tax or / or import taxes.  At the time that you place orders with us, we will not collect taxes on behalf of your government.  However, they have the right to charge taxes upon your orders delivery.  In many cases, the shipping company like UPS or FEDEX will pay the import taxes on your behalf to clear customs, and then they will ask you to pay the taxes when they deliver to your door.

For EU customers, the value added tax (VAT) is 20% of the total order amount.  UPS and FEDEX may also charge a small administrative fee for paying your taxes on your behalf ahead of time.

If you refuse to pay these taxes on delivery, the item will not be released to you and UPS / FEDEX may return to us or even abandon the goods.  In this case, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on your product since the product was abandoned.  If the order is returned to us, we will charge you a restocking fee of 35%, which includes the 20% VAT that we would need to pay on your behalf even if you did not.  Even if a product is returned to us, the 20% VAT would still need to be paid to the EU government.  It just means we have to pay it on your behalf and then refund you the remainder of your balance afterwards.

In other words, if you refuse to pay the import tax, you will eventually have to pay it anyways through a deducted refund, or you lose your entire order amount if the package is abandoned by UPS / FEDEX.  So please make sure you are prepared to pay import taxes before you place an order with us.

Problem With Your Order

If you receive a faulty product that does not work, please contact us immediately.  The sooner you do, the more likely that we can help you resolve the problem quickly.  If you delay to contact us, we may not be able to support you.

Most often, the problem can be resolved by email or phone.  Please take a photo or video showing the problem that you are experiencing.  We will do our best to help you troubleshoot the problem.  This may involve asking you to test the product in different ways, or even sending you replacement components and parts to fix the item.  If this fails, we may ask you to return the faulty product so that we can exchange it for you.  All shipping fees would be paid by eHobby.  However, this takes a long time so we will only ask you to send items back when we have truly exhausted all attempts to fix it remotely with you.

Please do not return products without first discussing with us and getting approval to return.  Otherwise we may not be able to match products that we receive in the warehouse to you.

The Color Of A Product You Received Looks Different From Photos On Our Website

Photos shown on our website are for reference only and sometimes, the color may look different on different models of phone or computer screens.  It is entirely possible that the actual item you receive will be a slightly different color than what you saw on your phone or computer screen.  Unfortunately we cannot cater to the different color tones of every phone and computer screen in the world, so please understand that photos and colors are for reference only.

Some manufacturers also may change the color of their products slightly over time, either due to a change in material or a change in the surface coating.  If the color variation is small and the manufacturer did not notify us of the small color change, we may not update the photo on our website.  So if the exact color is very important to you for matching your loadout, please ask us and we will do our best to confirm by taking additional photos, or just confirming that the photos on our website are accurate.

Changing & Cancelling Your Order

If you wish to change or cancel an order that has been placed on our website, please contact us immediately with your request and the order number.

Please understand that orders that have already been shipped out cannot be cancelled or modified.  In this case, you should decide whether you want to return the product after you receive it.  But please keep in mind that if you choose to return it, there is a 20% restocking fee on the product value.  Shipping fees are not refunded since that would have already been paid to the shipping company.  You would also be responsible for shipping the order back to us and paying for one-way shipping fees to eHobby.  See below for more details.

Returning & Refunding An Item

We honor returns and refunds.  A restocking fee of 20% of the product value will be charged if you change your mind and decide that you do not want an item anymore.  Shipping fees are not refunded under any circumstances since any product that has been shipped out will already have incurred the expense with the shipping company like UPS & FEDEX, and they will not refund your money.

Returning and refunding items that were faulty to begin with will not be charged a restocking fee.

Please make sure that all returned products must be in their original packaging and include all their original accessories and manuals.  Otherwise, we reserve the right to not refund only a fraction of your original amount since we would be unable to sell the returned item without the packaging and manuals.

If a product has been disassembled or modified in anyway, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.
