About Real PP-19-01 Vityaz Rifle

The Vityaz was developed as a more conventional successor to the unique PP-19 Bizon, which used a helical magazine. Based on feedback from Russian special forces units, designers created the Vityaz to use standard box magazines, making it more reliable and ergonomic. It is heavily based on the AK-74 platform, sharing about 70% parts commonality with it, which makes it incredibly reliable, familiar to soldiers, and easy to maintain.
It is chambered for the widely used 9x19mm Parabellum cartridge. A key feature of its design is its ability to effectively fire Russia's high-pressure 7N21 and 7N31 (+P+) armor-piercing rounds, giving it significant penetration capability against body armor. The weapon uses a closed-bolt, blowback-operated system, which contributes to its good accuracy, especially in semi-automatic mode. It is a select-fire weapon, capable of both semi-automatic and fully automatic fire at a rate of around 700 rounds per minute.
The Vityaz is characterized by its robustness, simplicity, and effectiveness in close-quarters combat. It has been widely adopted by various Russian military, security, and law enforcement units, including the Russian National Guard and Special Forces. Its modernized successor, the PPK-20, continues its legacy with updated features. The weapon has also gained international recognition through its appearances in popular video games like Escape from Tarkov.

About WELL PRO PP-19-01 Vityaz GBB Airsoft SMG Sub Machine Gun

Well Pro has successfully replicated the PP-19-01 Vityaz, making it the world?s first gas blowback airsoft version of this firearm. Unlike the PP-19 Bizon?s helical magazine, it adopts a traditional 9mm 30-round magazine, faithfully reproducing the details of the real rifle.
This WELL PRO PP-19-01 Vityaz GBB Airsoft SMG Submachine Gun features a steel receiver and a steel top dust cover, both engraved with fine and realistic markings. The top cover is equipped with a 155mm Picatinny rail. It also includes a steel 238mm foldable AK-style skeletal triangle stock with a sling hook, a metal outer barrel with a steel 14mm CCW threaded PP-19-01 style muzzle brake, fixed steel front and rear sights, a 160mm polymer handguard, and a polymer pistol grip. The magazine is a metal traditional 9mm-style 38-round straight type. Additional metal components include a steel selector lever, steel trigger and trigger guard, metal bolt set, and steel magazine release.
Internally, the gun features an adjustable hop-up system located conspicuously below the rear sight on the receiver, making it easy for users to access and adjust the trajectory of their airsoft rifle. The magazine is equipped with a high-capacity gas chamber that allows for approximately 2.5 magazines worth of shots per gas fill. It also includes a button that can be switched to dry-fire mode, enabling the user to shoot without BBs. This function is useful for experiencing the recoil of the airsoft gun even when unloaded, as well as for enhancing realism when used as a movie prop.
