Product Description:

Building on the legacy of its predecessor, Vector Optics is proud to present the newly rebranded Tauron 1-6x24 FFP LPVO. This rifle scope has been meticulously engineered to bridge the gap between close-quarters speed and long-range precision, offering a versatile optical solution for the modern shooter. From its robust mechanical design to its crystal-clear glass, the Tauron is built to perform under the most demanding conditions.

At the heart of the Tauron?s design is a commitment to rapid target acquisition and precise shooting. The scope features a true 1x power setting, which enables two-eyes-open shooting, allowing for unparalleled situational awareness and lightning-fast engagement on close-range targets. For precise holdovers and windage corrections, the etched Mil-Dot reticle, located in the first focal plane (FFP), provides a consistent aiming point that scales perfectly with the magnification. Whether engaging a target at 1x or reaching out at 6x, the relationship between the reticle and the target remains true. When seconds count, the illuminated center dot, with 6 adjustable red illumination settings, ensures the reticle is instantly visible against any backdrop or lighting condition.

Durability and reliability are non-negotiable, and the Tauron excels in both. Constructed from a 6061-T6 aluminum alloy housing with a matte black finish, this scope is built to withstand the rigors of hard use. It is rated IP67, meaning it is completely dust-tight and can be submerged in water up to one meter deep for 30 minutes without compromise. To ensure clarity in changing environments, the scope is nitrogen purged, preventing internal fogging for a consistently clear sight picture. Furthermore, with a 1000G shockproof rating, the Tauron is engineered to maintain its zero and remain accurate even after prolonged use in rugged terrain or under heavy recoil.

The Tauron?s mechanical features are designed for precision and consistency. The robust 30mm tube diameter provides a significant increase in internal adjustment range, offering shooters a generous 60 MIL of elevation and windage adjustment. Each click delivers a precise 0.1 MRAD value, allowing for fine-tuned dialing at distance. A crucial feature for any field-ready optic is the turret lock mechanism, which prevents unintentional adjustments from accidental bumps or brush contact, ensuring your settings remain exactly where you left them until you decide to change them.

Optical clarity is paramount, and the Tauron delivers with a fully multi-coated (FMC) lens system. This advanced coating maximizes light transmission while minimizing glare and reflections, resulting in sharp, bright, and crisp images even in challenging low-light conditions at dawn or dusk. The long eye relief of 100mm (4.0 inches) not only ensures safety from heavy recoiling firearms but also allows the shooter to maintain a more relaxed, heads-up position for greater situational awareness.

Designed with the tactical user in mind, the Vector Optics Tauron features a compact and lightweight profile. At just 264mm (10.4 inches) in length and weighing only 539 grams (19.0 ounces), it adds minimal bulk to your rifle, making it easy to handle and ideal for portability. The package is comprehensive, coming complete with lens caps, a user manual, a plastic wrench, a hex key, a cleaning cloth, and a set of 30mm Picatinny rings, providing everything needed to mount and maintain your new optic. The Vector Optics Tauron 1-6x24 is more than just a scope; it is a durable, precise, and versatile tool, ready to perform in any scenario.
