The Salvo Precision MWS MCX Virtus is a 11.5-inch GBB airsoft rifle (Model: G104-2B / No Marking/ DE) that expertly replicates the exterior design of its real-steel counterpart. It is constructed with a full-length top Picatinny rail and a M-Lok compatible skeletal handguard for ample accessory mounting. The metal outer barrel is tipped with a 55mm Spear LT 3-prong flash hider (14mm CCW threads) and features a metal gas block with a gas tube for added realism.
The metal Gen2 Style receiver includes integrated sling sockets on both sides. The included foldable skeletal stock, which attaches to a rear Picatinny rail, is equipped with a rubber buttpad and additional sling sockets on both sides. The rifle features full ambidextrous controls, including the fire selector, magazine releases, and charging handle, complemented by a realistic bolt catch and a steel trigger. It is powered by a 35-round metal gas magazine and includes a polymer pistol grip.
At the heart of its performance is the MWS GBB system, renowned for its consistency and reliability. The internal components are primarily constructed from steel, significantly enhancing durability and providing a robust recoil impulse. The hop-up chamber mount has also been redesigned for a more stable and secure assembly with the outer barrel. For maintenance, it is advised to regularly check the two top bolt screws for security after gameplay and apply blue threadlocker to prevent damage.
