The Classic Army Nemesis LS12 M4 Carbine AEG Airsoft Rifle is built with a durable metal construction, featuring a 350mm M-Lok handguard topped with a Picatinny rail and a sturdy 330mm steel outer barrel. The barrel is fitted with a 65mm three-prong flash hider featuring 14mm counter-clockwise threads and a HUB compatibility design, allowing the use of HUB-style suppressors (though the suppressor is not included). Both the upper and lower receivers are made of metal and bear engraved "NEMESIS" markings for a distinctive look.

It is equipped with a polymer Classic Army M4/M16 AEG BAS stock that includes a comfortable rubber buttpad and an integrated sling loop. The stock is easily adjustable With a metal five-position buffer tube. The rifle also features a polymer pistol grip, metal flip-up front and rear iron sights, and a polymer 350-round P-style high-capacity magazine.

Additional metal components further enhance its functionality and realism, including an ambidextrous fire selector, magazine release, bolt catch, and charging handle, as well as a steel dummy forward assist, dust cover, sling end plate, and a flat-style trigger.

It is powered by a 31K high-torque motor and features a new electronic fire control system with a programmable micro-switch trigger, all running on 9mm bushings for smooth operation. The rifle is designed to use a 7.4V LiPO battery with a mini Tamiya connector, which fits conveniently inside the buffer tube.
