Is ARES a good airsoft brand?

Yes! ARES Amoeba has a great history of top quality airsoft electric and spring guns that are both excellent performers but also have well built externals for a very competitive price. Their lineup of guns includes historical, current and high quality fictional guns such as the ARES Amoeba Mutant, the ARES Amoeba Honey Badger and the Amoeba Striker series of spring sniper rifles. One aspect that makes ARES stand out from most other airsoft brands is the sheer quantity of first party optional accessories and attachments specifically made by ARES for their guns; this provides ARES guns an unparalleled level of modularity allowing them to adapted and adjusted to any configuration you want without the uncertainty of compatibility you would usually get with third party accessories.

What is the best Amoeba Airsoft Gun?

ARES makes a wide variety of impressive airsoft guns, such as the Amoeba Mutant series as well as their well regarded AR308 series. However if one absolutely has to choose one ARES gun that stands out from the crowd as the best of the brand then it’s going to have to be their excellent Striker series of sniper rifles. The Ares Amoeba Striker sniper rifles combine excellent shooting performance with accuracy, fantastic ergonomics and an incredible level of modularity allowing you to customize them to whatever configuration you want. From loading from the actual magazine location instead of further down the barrel like the Tokyo Marui VSR to a gigantic variety of first party accessories, upgrade parts and customizable options, the Striker series of guns provides all this at a fraction of the cost of sniper rifles from other brands.

How to upgrade an Ares Amoeba airsoft gun?

As ARES Amoeba airsoft guns mainly consist of electric or spring guns, upgrades can be made for both for the spring powered snipers like the ARES Amoeba Striker or ARES electric guns like the Amoeba AM 013, Amoeba AM 014 and Amoeba AM 015. Spring guns like the Striker can be made more powerful by replacing the spring with a stronger one. For their electric guns, replacing the spring can also increase the power which can also be supplemented by swapping the motor to a higher torque to maintain the rate of fire. Both guns can also be upgraded throught he use of higher quality hopup buckings as well as a tight bore barrel to increase air seal around the bb as it is pushed out of the gun upon firing.

Is the Amoeba Striker a good sniper rifle?

Absolutely! The Ares Amoeba Striker series of sniper rifles are widely regarded as one of the best airsoft snipers in the industry. They feature excellent shooting performance and accuracy, fantastic ergonomics and an incredible level of modularity allowing you to customize them to whatever configuration you want. The models of Striker themselves are diverse, the AS01 is the original standard full length model for sniping, the AS 02 is a compact scout rifle for Urban areas, the AS 03 is a pistol sized ultra compact bolt action gun whos utility is questionable while the AST 01 is the ultra modular upgrade to the AS01 that adds far more adjustability and attachment points to the stock, and grip as well as new triggers and a cocking indicator to one excellent affordable package.

How much is an Amoeba Striker rifle?

One of the best features of the Striker series of sniper rifles is their relatively lowprice compared to the sniper rifles of other brands.
