This Short Version features a 13-inch barrel assembly for a more compact, CQB-oriented profile while retaining the full SCAR aesthetic. The upper receiver is CNC-machined from aluminum and integrates seamlessly with the handguard as a one-piece monolithic structure, bearing the engraved "MK17 MOD 0" designation and providing a full-length Picatinny rail along the top plus additional Picatinny rail segments on the left, right, and bottom of the handguard for mounting optics, lasers, weapon lights, and vertical grips.
