Our store prices and checkout are in US dollars (USD). Your bank or payment provider may convert the payment into your local currency and apply its own exchange rate or fees.

Enter your code in the discount field at checkout before paying. Promotions have their own conditions; clearance, pre-order and fixed-price items may be excluded. Check that the discount has been applied before completing your order. A code cannot be added retrospectively.

Some orders require an additional payment check to help prevent unauthorised card use. Our customer service team will contact you if verification is needed. If you are unsure whether a request is genuine, contact us using the details on our contact page before responding. Never send your card security code, password or one-time verification code by email.

Yes. For factory parts, send the exact manufacturer, model, part number and a marked parts diagram from the manual. Older parts may be harder to source. For upgrade or power-reduction work, contact us before ordering so we can confirm suitability, cost and timing. Most products have manufacturer instructions, but some Japanese models may not include an English manual. Ask us if you need help finding the correct instructions.

Yes. Registered businesses that resell airsoft products can apply for wholesale pricing. A valid business registration certificate is required. Visit our Airsoft Wholesale Service for the application process and order guidance.

Online orders ship from Hong Kong. Delivery time depends on the destination, the service selected and any customs processing.

We ship internationally, but the products and delivery methods available depend on the destination. Enter your delivery address at checkout to see the options for your basket. If no method is offered, contact us before ordering. Availability for accessories does not automatically mean that complete airsoft guns can be sent to the same destination.

Shipping is calculated using the package weight, dimensions, destination and delivery method. Add your items to the cart and enter your address at checkout to see the charge before paying. Hong Kong orders of US$100 or more qualify for free SF Express delivery.

We generally pack and ship online orders within 24 hours on business days. Weekend and public-holiday orders are handled on the next business day. During busy periods, packing may take 2–3 business days. Upgrade work can add another 2–3 days. An order awaiting payment verification or a requested service may need additional time.

Typical transit estimates after dispatch are:

• Express: 1–3 days within Asia; 5–10 days to North America and Europe.
• Airmail / air parcel: 5–14 days within Asia; 10–25 days to North America and Europe.
• Economy / SureShip: 10–25 days to the United States, where offered.
• Surface mail: 20–30 days within Asia; 30–50 days to North America and Europe.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, severe weather and destination delays can add time. Only the services shown at checkout are available for your order.

For a tracked service, we email the tracking number after dispatch. Use the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may take a day or two to appear when a parcel transfers between postal services. For US economy deliveries, tracking may become available after the parcel reaches the US logistics network. Surface mail and some untracked postal services do not provide tracking.

Gas and batteries have different transport restrictions from ordinary accessories. Surface services may be required and destination restrictions can apply. Check the available delivery options for the exact items in your cart, or contact us before ordering. Surface shipments may not include tracking.

Yes, where the model is suitable. Contact us before ordering to request disassembly and separate parcels. A handling fee and additional shipping charges may apply. Some entry-level models and shotguns cannot be disassembled and reassembled successfully. Disassembly does not remove destination import requirements.

Import charges depend on your destination and order. For US orders, Express or SureShip options with prepaid tariffs and taxes show the charges at checkout, so those included charges are paid in advance. For other services or destinations, you are responsible for applicable charges that are not included at checkout. If a parcel is returned because import charges were refused, a 20% restocking fee applies and the original shipping charge is not refundable. Review the checkout breakdown before paying.

Yes. Hong Kong orders of US$100 or more receive free SF Express delivery.

Enter your Hong Kong delivery address at checkout to see the shipping charge for your basket. The free SF Express offer applies when your order reaches US$100.

Yes. Enter your South Korean shipping address at checkout to see the delivery methods and charges available for your chosen items. Check complete airsoft guns, parts and accessories individually, as their shipping requirements can differ.

Yes. Our Shopify sales records show 4,522 orders with a South Korean shipping address from 2022 to 10 September 2026. This is an order count, not a count of individual customers or confirmed deliveries.

Match the manufacturer, platform, model generation and power system. Similar names or appearance do not prove compatibility. Send us links to your airsoft gun and the intended accessory if the product page does not explicitly confirm that they work together.

Contact us immediately with your order number. We can cancel and refund an order if we catch it before it leaves our warehouse. Once it has shipped, it cannot be stopped or changed; you will need to request a return after delivery. The cancellation window can be short because orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours on business days.

Yes. The return window for an unwanted item is 14 days after you receive your order. The item must be brand new and unused, with its original packaging, manuals and accessories. Contact us for return authorisation before sending anything back. Modified or customised items cannot be returned as unwanted items.

For an eligible unused return, you can choose store credit for the full returned product value or a refund subject to a 20% restocking fee. Original delivery charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return, and you pay the return shipping. See our Returns and Exchanges Policy.

Contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the problem, and photos or a short video. We will help troubleshoot using the manufacturer's instructions. If the product is confirmed defective as supplied, we will arrange replacement support. The 20% change-of-mind restocking fee does not apply to a confirmed faulty-item return. Do not send the item back without return authorisation.

Contact us with your order number and photographs of the item, shipping label and packaging. Keep the packaging and all supplied accessories while we review the issue and arrange the next steps.

Airsoft is a recreational activity using replica-style equipment that typically fires 6mm plastic BBs. Common power systems include electric (AEG), gas and manually operated spring mechanisms. Check each product's specification; airsoft equipment is different from metal-BB airguns and non-firing model guns.

A hit can sting, bruise or break skin, particularly at close range. Use suitable airsoft-rated eye and face protection, follow the field's rules and never shoot at an unprotected person. Ordinary spectacles are not a substitute for protective goggles.

Minimum ages vary by playing field and country. Check the field's age and supervision rules before booking. The age needed to buy, import or own an airsoft gun may be different from the minimum playing age.

Requirements vary by country and region and can cover import permission, age, power and markings. Check current official guidance from your local authorities before ordering. A product listing or checkout option is not confirmation that you meet every local requirement.

We prepare orders according to their destination. Airsoft guns sent to the United States have blaze-orange tips, and California orders receive additional coloured markings. Other destinations may also require markings or preparation. Contact us before ordering if you need to confirm how a specific model will be supplied.

FPS means feet per second and measures a BB's speed. Joules measure its kinetic energy and depend on both speed and BB weight. Compare figures using the stated BB weight; the same FPS with a heavier BB means more energy.

No. Used BBs may be cracked, dirty or deformed. Reusing them can cause jams and damage the hop-up, barrel or other components. Use new, suitable BBs recommended for your airsoft gun.

Airsoft accessories are not designed or rated for firearm use unless the manufacturer explicitly states otherwise. Airsoft helmets, vests and replica armour are not ballistic protection. Do not assume a part is suitable simply because it appears to fit.
