Wholesale Airsoft Guns, Parts & Gear

eHobbyAsia supplies airsoft guns, parts, accessories and tactical gear to registered resale businesses worldwide, subject to destination requirements. Wholesale order values can be negotiated, with US$1,000 used as a general starting guide. Applicants must provide a valid business registration certificate. Approved accounts receive access to wholesale pricing, and the wholesale team replies to applications within three business days.

Is There a Minimum Order Requirement?

Wholesale order values can be discussed based on the product mix and commercial arrangement. As a general guide, orders usually start around US$1,000, excluding shipping and handling.

How to Apply

You need to be a legal business reselling airsoft products to qualify for a wholesale account. Please complete the wholesale application form and include a scanned copy of your valid business registration certificate.

Shipping Methods

We offer three shipping methods for wholesalers.

Express Service

Available for the types of products eHobbyAsia is able to ship to the destination.

Standard Service

Available only for eligible accessories, upgrade parts and tactical gear. It is not available for airsoft guns.

Freight Forwarder

Wholesale customers may arrange collection by their own freight forwarder after confirming the order and collection details with the wholesale team.

Wholesale Pricing

Approved wholesale accounts receive access to wholesale pricing.

How Long Will It Take for My Order to Ship?

Depending on the size of your order, it may take 1 to 5 days to pack and ship your order.

Who can apply for an eHobbyAsia wholesale account?

Registered businesses that resell airsoft products can apply. A valid business registration certificate is required.

Is the US$1,000 order value fixed?

No. US$1,000 is a general starting guide, but the order value can be discussed based on the product mix and commercial arrangement.

When will I receive wholesale pricing?

Wholesale pricing becomes available after the business has been reviewed and the account is approved.
