The licence is real, and the rifle is built to honour it: the CNC aluminium upper and lower receivers carry engraved SOLGW "MK1" and "Sons Of Liberty Gun Works" markings on the lower, and the whole front end is dressed in a treatment rarely seen in the market.

The handguard is CNC aluminium, 275mm long in M-LOK form with a Picatinny rail along the top, and it is engraved with the "MK1" marking on both sides. What sets it apart is its surface: the whole handguard is covered in a fine hexagonal laser-etched anti-slip texture, giving the forend a grip and an appearance that is genuinely unusual and immediately eye-catching. The barrel is metal, 275mm long, and finished with a HUXWRX QD 5.56 muzzle brake ? the quick-detach brake that is the MK1's signature muzzle furniture.
