Hong Kong orders of US$100 or more receive free SF Express delivery. For orders below US$100, enter your delivery address at checkout to see the shipping charge.

Shipping Cost

The shipping cost is calculated by the weight and dimension, shipping location and shipping method of the shipment. Therefore, the heavier and bulker your item is, the higher the shipping cost. The cost varies while the shipping location and the shipping method change.

You can check the shipping rate by yourself, procedures as below:

2. Go to Cart

3. Choose your shipping country and province on the box of "Estimate Shipping & Handling", then click "Get a Quote"

4. It will list the shipping fees of standard and express for your consideration

Some countries such as Australia, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Israel prohibit the import of airsoft guns without special import licenses. However, we still ship combat gears and certain accessories to these countries. If your country is not shown above, please contact us for more information about our shipping service.

If you are located in United States of America, and if your order is rejected by customs for any reason, we will offer you a full refund of the item or resend of the item. But this rarely happens.  If you are located in countries other than US, as long as importing airsoft is legal in your country, we have money back guarantee to make sure you receive your order and customs do not seize it. All airsoft guns shipping to United States of America will be affixed with an orange tip and all trademarks on the gun will be removed in order to follow the regulation of Federal Law.

Import charges

Import charges depend on your destination and order. For US orders, Express or SureShip options with prepaid tariffs and taxes show the charges at checkout, so those included charges are paid in advance. For other services or destinations, you are responsible for applicable charges that are not included at checkout. If a parcel is returned because import charges were refused, a 20% restocking fee applies and the original shipping charge is not refundable. Review the checkout breakdown before paying.

APO / FPO Addresses

All airsoft guns cannot be shipped to APO/FPO addresses.  Sorry.

Restrictions By Country

Shipping methods and delivery estimates

Order preparation

We generally pack and ship online orders within 24 hours on business days. Weekend and public-holiday orders are handled on the next business day. During busy periods, packing may take 2–3 business days. Upgrade work can add another 2–3 days. An order awaiting payment verification or a requested service may need additional time.

Transit time after dispatch

Typical transit estimates after dispatch are:

• Express: 1–3 days within Asia; 5–10 days to North America and Europe.
• Airmail / air parcel: 5–14 days within Asia; 10–25 days to North America and Europe.
• Economy / SureShip: 10–25 days to the United States, where offered.
• Surface mail: 20–30 days within Asia; 30–50 days to North America and Europe.

These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. Customs processing, public holidays, severe weather and destination delays can add time. Only the services shown at checkout are available for your order.

For a tracked service, we email the tracking number after dispatch. Use the carrier's tracking website. Tracking may take a day or two to appear when a parcel transfers between postal services. For US economy deliveries, tracking may become available after the parcel reaches the US logistics network. Surface mail and some untracked postal services do not provide tracking.

Disassemble Airsoft Gun

Depends on the item and upon your request, we can help to disassemble the item and ship them separately. However, a handling fee and extra shipping cost may apply according to the item and number of separated shipments. Please contact us if you have any question about this.

Lithium Battery

Lithium Battery can be shipped only by surface mail due to airline regulations. If you choose EXPRESS SERVICE for your Lithium Battery Orders, we will use surface mail to ship your batteries instead.

Some countries have strict regulations for importing lithium batteries, please consult your local custom before ordering.
