Product Description:

The OLIGHT Osight R Micro Enclosed Red Dot Sight with Multi-Reticle System is designed for shooters who want a bright, adaptable, and durable optic that is ready when it matters. It combines a large square viewing window, a versatile multi-reticle system, rugged 7075-T6 aluminum construction, and the widely adopted Micro T1/T2 footprint. Whether the optic is used for tactical work, competition, self-defense, training, or hunting, the Osight R is built to deliver speed, clarity, and confidence.

At the heart of the Osight R is its expansive 1.10-inch by 0.87-inch square viewing window, which opens up the sight picture and keeps more of the scene visible. The multi-coated lens is precisely tuned to maximize clarity while minimizing color shift, delivering a bright, crisp view with natural color. With a 1x magnification, unlimited eye relief, and a parallax-free design, the Osight R supports fast target acquisition and smooth transitions. The combination of a large field of view and multilayer lens coatings helps shooters stay focused on the target rather than struggling to find the reticle.

The Multi-Reticle System gives users the flexibility to choose the right aim point for the situation. Shooters can select a precise 2 MOA dot for fine accuracy, a bold 65 MOA circle for rapid engagement, or both reticles together for maximum versatility. The red reticle operates at a light wavelength of 650 nm, and adjustments are made at 0.5 MOA per click with a windage and elevation travel range of plus or minus 50 MOA. Brightness is equally adaptable, with nine daylight settings and three night vision settings. A quick-access NV button allows convenient switching between daylight and night vision modes without cycling through every brightness level, and each mode retains its last-used setting for quick adjustment and consistent visibility.

Protection is built into the Osight R from the front and rear. Removable protective lens covers shield the primary glass from debris, scratches, and impact, while the front cover can be replaced with the included anti-reflective device, or ARD, to reduce glare and reflections. The result is a sight picture that stays clean and usable in challenging conditions. The optic also carries an IPX8 waterproof rating, so it can perform reliably in wet conditions. Its 7075-T6 aluminum housing provides recoil and impact resistance, and the sight has been tested through a 10,000-round test, a 1-mile drop test, a freeze test, a thermal test, a crush test, and a hammer test. Strength is evident in every detail.

The Osight R is built on the widely adopted Micro T1/T2 footprint, allowing it to adapt to a broad range of setups and shooting preferences. It offers 1.21-inch, 1.535-inch, and 1.93-inch optical center height mounting options. The sight includes a 1.53-inch lower 1/3 co-witness mount, while the optional 1.21-inch low mount, ORL-121, and the 1.93-inch high mount, ORH-193, are sold separately. Torque specifications are M3 at 12 in-lbs per screw and M5 at 43 in-lbs per screw, helping users install the optic securely and consistently.

Power and readiness are handled by a CR2032 battery and Motion Activation Technology. The Osight R powers on with the slightest movement and powers down after three minutes of inactivity to conserve battery. Maximum runtime reaches 83,000 hours on Mode 5. A low power indication feature helps prevent unexpected downtime: when battery voltage drops below 2.2V, the reticle quickly triple-flashes once per minute to recommend a battery replacement. The sight also includes a memory function, so settings return to the last-used state.

In terms of general data, the Osight R uses a CR2032 power source, offers a window size of 1.10 by 0.87 inches, or 28 by 22 millimeters, and provides a windage and elevation travel range of plus or minus 50 MOA. Magnification is 1x, the light wavelength is 650 nm, and brightness settings include nine daylight and three night vision levels. It is parallax free, has unlimited eye relief, and features multi-coatings. The reticle color is red, and the reticle type is a 2 MOA dot and 65 MOA circle. Adjustment is 0.5 MOA per click, and the motion sensor function is included. Packaging is a carton box. The optic is waterproof to IPX8, weighs 6.70 ounces, or 190 grams, with the standard mount and battery included, and measures 2.72 by 1.42 by 2.52 inches, or 69 by 36 by 64 millimeters. Storage temperature ranges from -40?F to 158?F, or -40?C to 70?C, while working temperature ranges from -22?F to 140?F, or -30?C to 60?C. Its recommended use and applications include tactical, competition, self-defense, training, and hunting.

The package contents include one Osight R with a CR2032 battery included, one lower 1/3 co-witness mount, model ORS-153, one adjustment tool, one READ ME card, six M3 by 4 mm screws, two protective lens covers, one anti-reflective device, one screw box, one Osight sticker, one cleaning cloth, one safety warnings document, and one user manual. With its square view, multi-reticle flexibility, protective lens cover system, ARD compatibility, Micro T1/T2 footprint, motion activation, and rugged construction, the OLIGHT Osight R is a compact enclosed red dot that stays ready when movement, clarity, and reliability matter most.
