The Special Forces Combat Assault Rifle or SCAR, in Black and DE, is a modular rifle made by Fabrique Nationale de Herstal (FNH, of Belgium) for the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) to satisfy the requirements of the SCAR competition.
